Emotional Health and Wellbeing

In this week’s newsletter I would like to raise the awareness of Emotional Health and Wellbeing.

We all have Mental Health just as we do Physical Health and it’s worth us all taking time to look after ourselves, including parents, carers and obviously children! Within our schools we promote the use of the Early Help 4 Mental Health’s (EH4MH) ‘10 a day poster’. These are specific things we can all do together at school and at home, as families to help keep ourselves emotionally well. You can challenge members of your family to see how many you can get each day, some might be more effective or important to you than others. See which ones work for you and your family. It might be useful to print it off and pop it on the fridge as a regular reminder.
